Cement LEFT END to LEFT MAIN STAND.
Cement LEFT MAIN STAND and END to LEFT BACK SECTION.
Cement RIGHT END to RIGHT MAIN STAND.
Cement RIGHT MAIN STAND and END to RIGHT BACK SECTION.
Cement CENTER STAND to CENTER BACK SECTION.
Now cement the LEFT MAIN STAND ASSEMBLY to the CENTER STAND ASSEMBLY.
Cement the RIGHT MAIN STAND ASSEMBLY to the CENTER STAND ASSEMBLY.
Cement LEFT STEPS to LEFT END.
Cement RIGHT STEPS to RIGHT END.
Cement WALKWAY to LEFT and RIGHT ENDS and CENTER STAND.
Apply DECAL SIGNS to FENCE. (Position for DECALS is suggested on illustration below.)
Apply cement lightly to bottom edge of FENCE and push FENCE down into slot at front of WALKWAY.
Cement the 2 LOUDSPEAKERS into position on BACK SECTION POSTS.
Cement the 4 LAMPS into position on END and CENTER POSTS of BACK SECTIONS.
Attach the 8 PENNANTS to the BACK SECTION POSTS, as indicated in illustration below.

Cement LEFT and RIGHT SIDE WALLS to FRONT WALL of JUDGE’S STAND.
Cement REAR WALL to LEFT and RIGHT SIDE WALLS.
Cement WALL ASSEMBLY to BASE.
Cement BUCKET to top of CHEST.
Cement TRASH CAN COVER to TRASH CAN on REAR WALL.
Cement TRASH CAN COVER to TRASH CAN on LEFT WALL.
Cement FIRE EXTINGUISHER to RIGHT WALL.
Cement ROOF to WALL ASSEMBLY.
Cement STAIRWAY to REAR WALL.
Cement STAIRWAY RAILING to STAIRWAY.
Cement LOUDSPEAKER POLE to TOP LANDING of STAIRWAY.
Cement LOUDSPEAKER CLUSTER to LOUDSPEAKER POLE.
Cement SIGNAL FLAG RACK to LEFT WALL RAILING.
Cement FLAG POLE to hole in CORNER of ROOF.
Cut out “GUM LABEL” FLAGS and apply to SIGNAL FLAG RACK and to LOUDSPEAKER POLE.
Cut out sections of SIGNS and apply to Model as indicated in sketch.
ROAD STRIP EXTENSION can be “hooked” under BASE – cementing is not necessary.

Before beginning assembly apply all the decorative stickers called for on the drawing.
Install building 1 on base 2.
Cement the two turnstiles 3 in place.
Install the four short picket fences 4. Note that there are two left hand and two right hand fences which should be installed as shown in the drawing. Install the two long picket fences 5.
Install roof 6.
Apply pennants to poles on roof signs 7. Determine proper location for each sign then apply the pennants so that they all appear to flutter in the same general direction. Cement the signs to the roof gutters as shown.
Install the loudspeaker 8.
