- Read DIRECTIONS on back of DECALS and apply as follows:
- Tires, Tools and Accessories Decal to inside of Rear Wall of SERVICE STATION BUILDING.
- “MODEL MOTORING SERVICE STATION” DECAL to HIGHWAY SIGNBOARD.
- “AURORA SERVICE STATION” DECALS to SIGN POSTS.
- “MODEL MOTORING SERVICE CENTER” DECAL to ROOF SIGN. Set aside to dry.
- Cement clear plastic DOOR HANGERS to rear of each LARGE DOOR. Set aside to dry.
- Cement DOOR HANGER BRACES to inside of FRONT WALL PANEL.
- Cement SMALL DOOR in position to FRONT WALL PANEL. Set FRONT WALL PANEL aside to dry.
- Cement HYDRAULIC JACK HANDLE to JACK BASE. Set aside to dry.
- Cement GAS SIGN LEGS to GAS SIGN. Set aside to dry.
- Cement GASOLINE PUMP HALVES together, #1 to #1, #2 to #2, etc, with GAUGE PANEL between HALVES. Cement PUMP HOSE NOZZLE to PUMPS. Set aside to dry.
- Cement ISLAND SIGN to ISLAND together with ISLAND SIGN BASE HALVES.
- Cement OIL SHELF PANELS to SIGN BASE.
- Cement GASOLINE PUMPS to ISLAND.
- Cement SHORT and INTERMEDIATE SPOTLIGHTS to ISLAND SIGN and set aside to dry.
- Cement TIRE RACK SHELVES between RACK ENDS. Cement TIRES on RACK and set aside to dry.
- Cement FRONT and BACK of AIR PUMP to AIR PUMP BASE with AIR GAUGE cemented to TOP. Set aside to dry.
- Cement INDICATOR to FRONT PANEL of “COKE” MACHINE.
- Cement FRONT and REAR PANELS of “COKE” MACHINE together and cement TOP to MACHINE.
- Cement “COKE” MACHINE to MACHINE BASE.
- Cement HIGHWAY SIGN to SIGN BASE and 4 LONG SPOTLIGHTS to top of HIGHWAY SIGN. Set aside to dry.
- Cement CASH REGISTER to COUNTER TOP and TOP to COUNTER BASE. Set aside to dry.
- Cement TELEPHONE to corner of BOOTH BASE as shown. Cement BOOTH UPPER HALF to BASE. Cement BOOTH DOOR into PLACE. Set aside to dry.
- Cement PUSH BAR to SMALL DOOR in FRONT WALL.
- Snap clear plastic DOOR HANGERS into HOLES in ends of DOOR HANGER BRACES on FRONT WALL PANEL.
- Cement 2 END PANELS and BACK WALL and FRONT WALL PANELS together.
- Cement WALL PANELS to STATION FLOOR. Allow to dry.
- Cement COUNTER to STATION FLOOR.
- Cement FRONT and SIDE GLASS STORE PANELS to FRONT WALL and RIGHT END WALL PANELS.
- Cement MARQUEE into position. Be sure GLASS PANELS enter groove in bottom of MARQUEE.
- Cement STATION ROOF to SIDE WALL PANELS. Set aside to dry.
- Cement ROOF SIGN to STATION ROOF.

Sunday, April 11th, 2010During the 1960’s Aurora Plastics produced a line of HO scaled structures, in kit form, which could be used for slot car track layout scenery. Since these injection molded plastic scenery models are now quite collectible, an unblemished complete set of the eight different unbuilt model kits can be expensive to purchase, as well as, time consuming to acquire. Aurora was one of several companies to manufacture such a wide variety of scenic kits specifically made for 1:87 scale slot cars.
